Andrew and Justin are passionate about helping seniors, giving back to their communities, and making a positive difference in the world. Andrew and Justin have owned and managed 98 seniors housing communities across 20 states. They are leveraging their experience to lead the next chapter in senior living.
Justin Dickinson - Founder
Education: BS, Purdue University
I love that I get to be a part of a team that is dedicated to positively changing the lives of our residents. Fundamentally, I believe that the senior living industry needs to change and am committed to leading the discussion to take us there.
Prior to founding Evolve Senior Living, I was the President of Anthology Senior Living - overseeing finance, investment, development, asset management, and operations for their 45-community portfolio. Before my time at Anthology, I served as Executive Vice President at Pathway to Living (a Waterton company); overseeing operational performance for their 48-community portfolio. I have also held development and investment-related positions at the Janko Group and Welltower (NYSE: WELL).
I live in Denver, Colorado with my wife and two children. In our free time, we like to ski, hike, and attend concerts at Red Rocks!
Andrew Agins - Founder
Education: BA, Washington University in St. Louis, and MBA, Kellogg School of Management
I am passionate about building teams and helping people reach their potential. Through hard work and innovation, I believe we can improve the senior living model to optimize happiness and healthcare within our communities.
Prior to founding Evolve Senior Living, I led the investments platform at Anthology Senior Living. In this role, I developed strategies to best position our portfolio of seniors housing communities for success. Before working at Anthology, I served as Vice President, Portfolio Management at MUFG Union Bank where we provided debt to large real estate investment companies.
I live in Chicago, Illinois with my wife and two children. I love to read, travel, and explore new playgrounds with my kids.
